Fran is a longtime champion of local media and is committed to sustaining journalism in this rapidly evolving digital landscape. As CEO of the LMC, she helps deliver quantifiable economic value to more than 150 local media companies operating 5,000 newspaper, radio, TV and online-only news outlets across the U.S. and Canada. Throughout her career, she has pioneered digital innovation and has been at the forefront of creating innovative solutions that drive bottom line results. She has held digital executive roles at Cox Media Group, The Dallas Morning News and The Denver Post and has a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, biking and golf on the beautiful Georgia coast.
